Chocolate Wasted Cake
Ingredients for Cake: 
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 cups milk*
1 cup butter, melted*
4 tsp. honey*
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips*
Ingredients for frosting:
4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter, softened to room temperature
1/3-1/2 cup whole milk (start out with 1/3 cup of milk and add more milk to your desired consistency)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
liqueur for drizzling on the cake layers (i.e. chocolate, coffee or almond)
Ingredients for melted chocolate for drizzling:
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2-3/4 cup heavy cream or 1/4 cup vegetable oil
semi-sweet, bittersweet or dark chocolate chips for the sides of the cake

Giant Layered Cookie Cake
Ingredients: 
4 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs plus 2 egg yolks
3/4 heavy cream
2 cups chocolate chips
2 pounds (4 8-ounce packages) cream cheese
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar, sifted

Learning to cook (1/52): Deep Dish Cookie Pie! It was delicious.
2 cans white beans or garbanzos (drained and rinsed)
1 cup quick oats
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
3 tbsp oil
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 and 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
Put everything, except chocolate, into a food processor until smooth. Mix in the chocolate chips to the batter and pour into a spring form or deep pan (greased). Put in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes!

Crust Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup chocolate wafer cookie crumbs (about 8 ounces or 35 cookies)
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into cubes
8 ounces good quality dark chocolate, roughly chopped
1 2/3 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract

Cranberry Spice Snacking Cake
Ingredients: 
1-½ cup All-purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
¾ teaspoons Kosher Salt
¾ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
½ teaspoons Ground Cardamom
½ teaspoons Baking Soda
⅔ cups Granulated Sugar
⅔ cups Packed Brown Sugar
½ cups Vegetable Oil
2 whole Eggs
½ cups Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Orange Zest
2 Tablespoons Lemon Zest, Divided
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
½ cups Apple Cider
2 cups Fresh Cranberries
1 cup Powdered Sugar
3 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
5 Minute Chocolate Fudge S’mores Mug Cake
Ingredients: 
2-3 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
3 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 1/2 ounces milk chocolate (chopped or morsels)
marshmallow fluff, cream or actual marshmallows
Directions: 
Combine 3 tablespoons butter and 1 ounce of chocolate in a small bowl, then melt in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Set aside. 
In another bowl, combine remaining melted butter with 2-3 tablespoons of graham cracker crumbs and stir until moistened. Press graham crumbs into the bottom of your mug.
In a bowl. whisk egg, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add in flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa, stir until a thick batter forms. 
Stream in melted butter and chocolate, mixing to combine. Fold in remaining chocolate chips. 
Add half of the mixture on top of the graham crust, then throw on a scoop of marshmallow fluff/cream or a few marshmallows. 
Add remaining batter on top, then pop in the microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds to almost 2 minutes. 
Remove and top with additional marshmallow if desired. You can pop it back in the microwave for 5-10 seconds to make them melty, or pop them directly under the broiler for about 10 seconds to toast if desired. You can also use a kitchen torch if you have one. Sprinkle with graham crumbs!
2 Minute Salted Caramel Mug Cake
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons all purpose flour
4 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg – beaten
3 tablespoons skim milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 salted caramels
Directions:
Into a small bowl add: flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt, egg, milk, and vegetable oil. Mix to combine.
Pour mixture into a regular sized coffee mug. Drop caramels into center of mixture one at a time.
Microwave on high for one minute and 30 seconds. If needed {if cake batter is still gooey}, microwave on high for up to an additional 30 seconds.
