Eggs in Avacado
Ingredients:
1 avocado
2 Eggs
Directions: 
Carefully slice in half and remove the seed. 
Slice a little bit off of the back so the avocado sits up right on a pan. 
 Using a small spoon, scoop out a little bit of the avocado, to make a slightly bigger hole.
Separate an egg yoke from the egg white. Place the yolk into the whole of the avocado
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 5 minutes or until the yolk just begins to set. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
