French Meringues w/ Strawberry-Ganache Filling

Ingredients for the meringues:

  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 ¼ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Ingredients for the ganache:

  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons strained strawberry jam
  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
