The Best Sea Salted Chocolate-Caramel Tart

Crust Ingredients:

  • 10 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 2- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. sea salt

Caramel Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp. unsalted butter, cubed
  • ½ cup plus 2 tbsp. heavy cream at room temperature
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt

Chocolate Ganache Ingredients: 

  • 12 oz. chopped bittersweet chocolate or 1 ½ cups bittersweet chips
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
