Smoked Salmon Bagel
- Bagels, plain or everything variety preferred, sliced and toasted
- Cream cheese
- Green Onions
- Smoked Salmon, your favorite variety (I used homemade)
- Lemon wedges
- Spread an even layer of cream cheese onto each toasted bagel.
- Top with pieces or slices of smoked salmon, evenly distributed.
- Sprinkle generously with green onions.
- Squeeze lemon over top. Serve.
